If you’ve been searching for a way to play Ghost of Tsushima on your phone or PC using the PPSSPP emulator, you’ve probably run into a lot of "Highly Compressed" download links. Unfortunately, since Ghost of Tsushima is a high-end PS4/PS5 title, it cannot run on a PSP emulator.
But don’t put your katana away just yet! The PSP library is home to some of the greatest samurai and ninja epics ever made. If you want that Jin Sakai vibe—stealth, swordplay, and beautiful Japanese scenery—here are the real games you should be downloading for PPSSPP.
1. Shinobido: Tales of the Ninja
If the "Ghost" part of Tsushima is your favorite, this is the game for you. Developed by Acquire (the creators of Tenchu), Shinobido features open-ended missions, grappling hooks, and lethal stealth takedowns.

2. Way of the Samurai Portable
This is a cult classic. It’s an open-ended samurai simulator where your choices actually matter. You can choose to be a noble protector or a wandering rogue. It captures the "ronin" atmosphere perfectly.

3. Tenchu: Shadow Assassins
Tenchu is the grandfather of the stealth-ninja genre. Shadow Assassins on the PSP focuses heavily on staying in the shadows and using your environment to outsmart enemies, much like the stealth outposts in Tsushima.
The Vibe: "The Ghost" gameplay at its purest.
4. SoulCalibur: Broken Destiny
While it’s a fighting game and not an open-world adventure, it features Mitsurugi, a classic samurai, and even Kratos. The combat is fluid, flashy, and highly polished—perfect if you just want to master the art of the blade.

⚠️ A Note on "Highly Compressed" Downloads
When downloading PSP ISOs, be careful. A standard PSP game is usually between 500MB and 1.6GB. If you see a "Ghost of Tsushima" file that is only 10MB or 50MB, it is likely a malicious file. Always use trusted emulation sites and stick to games that were actually released for the system!
